What this site collects, and what it never asks for.
This notice explains what information LuisYourMoneyMan.com collects, how it is handled, and the third-party services the site uses.
Information you submit
The site has two forms.
- The message form asks for your name, a phone number or email address, and an optional message.
- The fee check asks for your name, a phone number or email address, an optional business type, and two dollar totals: your processing fees for one month and, optionally, your card sales for the same month.
When you submit either form, the site also records the page you sent it from, the date and time, and your IP address, which helps identify spam.
What the site never asks for
There is no file upload anywhere on this site. Do not submit passwords, full payment card numbers, bank account numbers, Social Security numbers, or copies of statements through either form. Luis will never ask you for those through the website, by text, or through social media.
How your submission is used and sent
Your submission is sent by email to Luis Castillo so he can reply to you, and a copy is sent to the company that manages this website so that no inquiry is lost. It is used to respond to your inquiry. The site does not share form submissions with anyone else.
Submissions are kept in those email inboxes as a record of your inquiry. If you would like yours deleted, contact Luis and ask.
Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, including which pages are viewed and whether someone clicks to call, text, or submits a form. Google Analytics uses cookies and may process device, browser, and usage information according to Google's own terms and privacy practices. It does not receive the contents of your form submission.
Embedded videos
Client videos are embedded from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube may set cookies and collect information once you play a video, subject to Google's privacy practices.
External links
The site links to other services, including YouTube and Luis's Google Business Profile. Visiting those services is subject to their own privacy practices.
Spanish pages
The Spanish-language pages of this site collect the same information in the same way, and this notice applies to them.
