I am Luis. Tell me what you paid in processing fees last month and I will tell you, in plain English, whether that is fair and where the money is going. If your current setup is already a good deal, I will tell you that too.
No obligation and no pitch. You are talking to me, not a call center. Se habla español.
“He gave me a solution to a problem that I didn’t know I really had.”
What I actually do
Not because they are careless. Because the statement is not written to be understood. Here is where I usually start.
I work out what you actually pay across everything, not the rate you were quoted when you signed up.
How processing fees really workIn person, online, over the phone, on a job site, or on a recurring schedule. The right answer depends on how you work.
Ways to take paymentThe register your staff has to use every shift matters more than a tenth of a percent on the rate.

Contractors and B2BAbout Luis
I am Luis Castillo, owner of Luis Your Money Man, an Independent Sales Organization serving Austin and Central Texas, and a U.S. Marine Corps veteran. A good part of my job in the service was training other people, and that is still most of what this work is.
Nobody needs a lecture on interchange categories. They need the one line on their statement that is costing them money explained clearly enough to do something about it. In English or in Spanish.

The fees that are not really hidden, just never explained. Which ones nobody can change, which ones you can, and the contract terms that do the most damage.
Read the guideSeven steps and one worksheet. About an hour with three statements and a calculator, and you will know more about your account than most people who sell them.

Nothing, and there is no obligation attached to it. If your current setup is already priced well, I will tell you and that is the end of it.
No. Two numbers are enough to start: what you paid in fees last month and your card sales for that month. Nothing is ever uploaded to this website.
No. As an Independent Sales Organization, I offer a wide range of point-of-sale software and hardware, so I can match the setup to how you operate. Putting a business on a system that does not suit it is how you lose a client, not how you keep one.
Typically one to three business days from a completed application. The application itself sets the pace.
Yes. I speak Spanish, and the main pages of this site are available in Spanish too.
